What do men talk about when they are alone?

There is a saying “A Man is king, a Man is god, but Man is always at women`s feet”. What do men speak about in purely man-to-man talks? I thought, men generally speak about women, I guess most women think so. But probably we overestimate our influence on men and think about ourselves too much, as it turns that men do not share secrets about their private life. To investigate this problem I was to question 20 boys and gather the statistics.

The first question due to the frequency of discussion is entertainment. The age does not matter. Boys, men can have a chat about all kinds of amusement. Usually man`s talk starts with such question: “How did you carouse last time?”. Starting with this point a theme of a talk can get different ways. Men talk about films, sport, music, anything. Moreover men are good in boasting. The subjects of boasting are usually “men's toys” – phones, cars, gain of the last level in computer game, everything, that makes them proud of themselves. Of course, these talks can never stop.

Next topic is girls. They are the main subject for discussion for boys at the age between 14 and 22 years. All the conversations reduce to consideration of girls` appearance, habits and so on. Adult men, on the contrary, talk about women, but not about their ones. They can discuss a friend`s girl or ex-girlfriend. But they do not like to “wash their dirty linen in public”. Maybe it infringes upon women`s self-respect to some extend but, if to think deeper, private life really concerns only 2 people.

Boys speak about studying, especially if something is not the way they want it to be. Usually, it deals with examinations, tests, some assignments.

Job is another important part of discussion for boys of 18 years and older. Males of 18-22 years as a rule just starts to work, so their chats concern that it would be nice to work or where to earn some money for entertainment. For those, who graduated from the institute, job is the main business. Moreover, at this age men start to think about family and its support. Job occupies the biggest part of their life that is why they feel necessity to speak about it.

Men as the representatives of “a stronger sex” are supposed to talk about some highest substances and matters of universal character. But it appears that the topics for discussion are very simple and usual. Having carried out this investigation I came to the conclusion that men talk not only about women and fun, but a great part of the conversations is taken by job, institute. And this changed my opinion about men for better.

Is marriage a lifelong burden or endless happiness? version №2

By different people marriage can be defined differently. My opinion is - marriage can be a lifelong happiness. There is a tendency nowadays that young people want to live together before marriage to check their feelings to each other, to try themselves as a couple. Very often the mode of life spoils all love. But here is the question-what is that love, that can be spoiled with some trifles? I suppose that marriage can be really a marry age if to treat it right.

Firstly, marriage is a union of 2 loving hearts, so what else loving people can dream of, if not to spend their lives with their better halves, watching them sleepy in the mornings or brushing teeth with closed eyes... These are some little things, that only loving people can notice and adore. Marriage is like a refuge, where you can be hidden from the whole world in the embrace of your spouse, where somebody is always waiting for you. It is always pleasant to observe old couples, holding with their hands and smiling. It gives the idea that marriage can live a long life. Moreover it is proved scientifically that married couples live longer than single people, their health is better and even sometimes their pulses and breaths coincide.

Unfortunately even married people cannot avoid troubles. In such cases couples are under threat of quarrels and breaking, but they should make the concessions, if they want to keep marriage. Nevertheless problems and some difficult situations make people closer. While going through some obstacles of life together people feel like a team, in which both should participate. These unpleasant but common problems bind people, strengthen their relations and even test them on durability. People who have undergone troubles together would be connected for life.

Thirdly, the happiest fruit of marriage is, of course, children. They tie the family, make the marriage a full-fledged and happy institute. That is why, when asking some people about their secret of happiness we can hear the answer that the biggest happiness is children. They give the sincere smile and fill the home with cheerful laughter and life with sense.

Marriage is not just a joint residence of 2 men, it is hard but pleasant lifelong work. It is called happiness to wake up together, to see each other every day and feel in harmony with the beloved person, to celebrate every anniversary of marriage: 1 year...10 years...50 years. Marriage is a feeling of confidence and support, solidarity of mutual problems, happiness of maternity, ability of making concessions. The sincerely loving people, when marrying, should realize, that there is a difficult task before them - not only to keep the relations, but to make them alive, joyful and unquenchable. In this case the marriage can be the endless happiness.
